Who we are

What we process

Hosting logs. The site is served by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs: IP address, time of request, browser type. They exist for security and delivery, are retained briefly, and are not used to identify visitors. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA is safeguarded under approved EU transfer mechanisms.

Correspondence. If you email us, we process what you send in order to reply and to do the work that follows. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, or the contract we are entering with you. We keep correspondence for as long as the working relationship requires.

What we don't do

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no social embeds, no forms, no accounts. We do not sell or share personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to our processing: email archi@hyperboreus-eu.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
